It may be that Im a bit homesick for the West Coast…or that I am in desperate need of some In-N-Out but today I’m dreaming of LA.
I absolutely love Los Angeles. It’s such a massive city with so many things to do and places to go. From the garment district to China Town to Santa Monica pier, it’s all a beautiful mess. I’ve found that for the most part its either a love or hate relationship with LA.
To actually try and break down the city and all the places to go and see with all the places to go eat would literally take a blog of its own. Maybe that’ll be a project of mine sometime…you never know where I could end up next….
I miss being able to get in my car and drive 4 hours to stick my feet in the sand, get some unique jewelry at the garment district, wander in the endless neighborhoods and eat some freaking amazing food. And of course, when in LA you must catch a basketball game at Staples Center (fun fact: I’m obsessed with basketball, its somewhat concerning, haha)
In case you may not have caught it by now…I really miss California and Los Angeles in particular. Don’t get me wrong, I love the South and I am so glad that I decided to move out here but being that I am originally from Cali, my heart will forever find its way back to my home state.
All I can say is, if you’ve never been, you should go at least once in your life.
